Attorney Yijin Jennifer Lee knows that family law matters can be tough to navigate.
Yijin Jennifer Lee brings strong legal expertise and a calm, rational demeanor to her clients. Before becoming a lawyer, Jennifer worked in family law as a paralegal and law clerk for more than two years. She uses empathy and skill to guide clients through issues of divorce, alimony, child support, custody, visitation, and restraining orders.
Jennifer is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, she served as an associate and the Chief Articles Editor of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law (JCEL). In addition, JECL published her student comment in its Fifth Volume. Jennifer also graduated from the University of California, Davis in only three years, having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Family Law Bar Association, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, and San Diego Chinese Attorneys Association.
Jennifer has been a part of the Weber Dispute Resolution team since October 2015, and also practices the philosophy of “Dolphin Lawyering“. Jennifer strives to help clients reach a settlement out of court, but she is a capable litigator when necessary. She specializes in providing clients with the practical knowledge they need to make the right decisions for their family. She understands that every family is unique.
