Mediation and Settlement Conference Rate Schedule

Standard Hourly Mediation Rates

Refundable Advanced Fee Deposit for Settlement Agreement: $3,500

Cancellation policy.  24 hours’ advanced notice is required for full refund.  Cancellation without 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee of $610.

Mediated Private Settlement Conference Rates

Flat Fee for Full Day Settlement Conference

Flat fee of $6,000 for Mr. Weber’s services, which covers the following:

• 8 hours of mediation time
• 2 hours’ time reviewing briefs, letters and/or the file
• One 15-minute pre-process phone call with counsel
• File Setup
• Working Lunch provided

Upon receipt of the $6,000 flat fee, your appointment with the mediator will be reserved.

Overage.  If time spent mediating exceeds the 8 hours of in-session mediation, then you will pay the hourly rate of $610 per hour payable at time of service.  If prep and review time exceeds 2 hours, then you will be billed at $610 per hour for overage payable at time of service.

Cancellation policy.  We require 4 days’ advanced notice for a full refund.  If less than 4 days’ advance notice, then we will refund 1/2 of fee.

Flat Fee for Half Day Settlement Conference

Flat fee of $2,900 for Mr. Weber’s services, which covers the following:

• 4 hours of mediation time
• 1 hour of time reviewing briefs, letters and/or the file
• One 15-minute pre-process phone call with counsel
• File Setup

Upon receipt of the $2900 flat fee, your appointment with the mediator will be reserved.

Cancellation policy.  We require 2 days’ advanced notice for a full refund.  If less than 2 days’ advance notice, then we will refund 1/2 of fee.

Overage.  If time spent mediating exceeds the 4-hours of in-session mediation, then you will pay the hourly rate of $610 per hour payable at time of service.  If prep and review time exceeds 1 hour, we will billed at $610 per hour for overage payable at time of service.

Hourly Settlement Conference Rates

Hourly fee of $610 for Mr. Weber’s services.  Appointments limited to 2-hours at a time.  No retainer required.  Fees payable at the time of service.  We bill time the mediator spends outside of mediation sessions at the hourly rate.

Cancellation policy.  We require 24-hours’ notice for cancellation.  Mediator reserves the right to bill for $610 (one hour of time) for missed appointments.
